What We Do

Our Services

End-to-end design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning across six core disciplines of fire safety and ECM.

Core Service

Fire Fighting Systems

Our flagship specialization. We design, supply, install, test, and commission complete fire fighting systems for buildings of every scale — from single-storey government offices to multi-storey hospital complexes and industrial facilities

Every installation complies with National Building Construction Standards 2026, CPWD specifications, and Bureau of Indian Standards requirements, with materials sourced from approved vendors and systems tested to the highest standards.

Scope, process and how we work across disciplines.

Both. Our standard scope is full SITC — supply, installation, testing and commissioning — which begins with a site survey, fire-load assessment, hydraulic calculations and system sizing. We also work to a consultant’s design where one already exists, issuing modified drawings against actual site conditions for client approval.

Yes, and a meaningful share of our portfolio is exactly this. We regularly take on balance work and the completion of rescinded tenders — surveying what has already been installed, identifying what is non-compliant or unfinished, and carrying the installation through to testing, commissioning and handover.

Yes. Our AMC and maintenance division takes on annual maintenance, upgradation, rectification and equipment replacement on installations built by other contractors — including obsolete alarm panels, damaged sprinkler pipelines and part-working legacy systems.

A fire fighting system is the water-based suppression infrastructure — hydrants, wet risers, sprinklers, and the pumps and storage that feed them. A fire alarm and detection system senses a fire and warns occupants, through detectors, panels, sounders and public-address or voice-evacuation systems. Most buildings need both, and in a full installation the two are commissioned to work together.

Yes — this is the core of our turnkey ECM capability. At Soochna Bhawan we delivered fire fighting, addressable fire alarm and public address as a single package; at STPI TechnoPark, Trivandrum, we delivered balance civil and interior works alongside the full electro-mechanical stack. One contractor means one design coordination, one commissioning sequence and one point of accountability.

We do, as part of the SITC scope. Materials are sourced from approved vendors, and technical data sheets for every major item of equipment are submitted for client approval before any vendor order is placed — with orders finalised under intimation to the client.
